Cancellation Policy

With the broad spectrum of services offered by Ampa Events, our cancellation policy is
predicated by the service type and/or product:

1. Event Design & Production Services – Full Service

Because of the time and attention needed in advance of the event date to plan and manage
programs, most of the work to execute a program is done prior to the event date. Portions of the balance due may be refundable or may be applied to a rescheduled date or a future event,
within 12 months. (Some exceptions apply at Ampa’s discretion).

Cancellation after contract acceptance and up to 14 days prior to event load-in will qualify for a
refund of installation labor and delivery costs. Additional partial refund may be available based
on how much time has been invested by Ampa Events in advance planning and is subject to
Ampas’ discretion.

2. Rentals with Delivery and Install; Rental Drop Off; and Rental Pick Up

Cancellation after contract acceptance and up to 7 days prior to event load-in is subject to 50% charge of contracted budget, from 7 days prior and up to 48 hours of event load-in a 75% charge of contracted budget and within 48 hours of event load-in 100% charge.

3. Planning Time

The first 2 hours of paid planning time is not refundable. All unused portions of planning time
are applied to the contract.

4. Custom Fabrication

Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due prior to delivery. Balance payment shall be scheduled according to milestones. These milestone payments will be listed in writing on the contract. Should the order been canceled at anytime, a portion of the balance may qualify for
a refund at the discretion of Ampa Events.
