Ampa Events offers exceptionally professional, detailed, reasonably priced, and more than accommodating services. They provided decor and life-size props for the 2018 Howard University Graduate Student Assembly Awards Gala which had an Egyptian theme. They were very patient while we were in our planning process and played an integral role in the execution of our event which exceeded our expectations (Mina- design of original invoice, Sandy- payments and invoice accommodations, Lou- revision of the invoice). All of the Ampa Events staff did a wonderful job in assisting us, but I must take the time to give a major shoutout to Mr. Tripp who delivered, installed, broke down our event! He was the only vendor who arrived at the agreed upon call time (early in fact), without an excuse, concern, or question beyond what we needed him to do. He met us with a warm personality, even after our event which ended after 1am. He was extremely diligent, fast and detailed in his work. When only one volunteer showed up to help us set up at the agreed upon call time before our event, Mr. Tripp stepped in using his blatant, refined experience and expertise to set all the props we ordered in the perfect way making the room look great and equally wowing our 200 guests at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel’s Grand Ballroom in Washington, D.C. I am so impressed and satisfied with the services provided by Ampa Events. I am looking forward to working with this company again in the future! IMG_3208.HEIC

We recently hosted an event in Richmond to honor our chief executive officer’s 20th anniversary. Our theme was “A Starry Night,” and Ampa Events provided us the lighting equipment necessary to create the effect of stars broadcast throughout the room for the occasion. The lighting was stunning, and we received countless compliments from guests. The company is extremely professional and reliable and a wonderful community partner. They really helped make our event very special.
