Ampa Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

AMPA Events wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We’re working to make ampaevents.com easy to see, hear, navigate and use for all visitors.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, movement and cognitive disabilities.

What we’re doing

  1. Testing our pages with automated accessibility tools and fixing the issues they find.
  2. Adding text descriptions to images, so screen readers can describe them.
  3. Making sure the site can be used with a keyboard alone.
  4. Using clear headings and readable text sizes and colors.
  5. Checking new pages for accessibility before they go live.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some parts of our site may not fully meet our goal yet, including:

  1. Some older pages and product photos may be missing image descriptions.
  2. Some older PDF documents may not work well with screen readers.
  3. Some content from other companies, such as embedded videos or social media feeds, is outside our control.

We’re working through these as we update the site.
